Deposit & Balance Payments

After your booking has been confirmed with https://www.gobhutantours.com/ and all tour services have been successfully reserved, full payment (100% of the total tour cost) must be be completed before the commencement of your tour. Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

• 70% of the total tour price is required as a deposit to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 30% must be paid at least 10 days before the tour start date, upon the issuance of your Service Confirmation Voucher, which confirms all final tour arrangements and booked services.

Flexible Deposit Arrangement

Our standard payment schedule may be adjusted depending on your preferred payment arrangement, the type of tour, the duration of your itinerary, the travel period, and supplier requirements.

If you wish to discuss an alternative payment schedule, please contact your assigned Go Bhutan Tours Travel Consultant directly. We will carefully review your request and do our utmost to provide the most appropriate and flexible payment solution while ensuring that all travel services can be secured successfully.

Cash Payment Upon Arrival

Guests who wish to settle part of the remaining tour balance in cash upon arrival may do so, subject to prior approval and the following conditions:

• Cash payment is available only with prior approval from Go Bhutan Tours.
• A minimum of 20% of the total tour value may be paid in cash.
• Requests for cash payment must be submitted at least 15 days before the tour start date.
• For itineraries of 10 days or less, the cash payment must be completed on the first day of the tour.
• For itineraries of 11 days or longer, the cash payment must be completed within the first 1–3 days of the itinerary.
• Failure to complete the cash payment within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or suspension of tour services until the outstanding balance has been settled.

Methods of Payment

Full settlement should be subjected no later than 30 working days prior to customers’ arrival (Not applied to last minute booking). We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment:

1. Online Payment with OnePAY
- At this stage, we accept most of the major cards with the below service fee.

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card are accepted with 3.5% service fee
• AMEX is accepted with 4.5% service fee for payment in US$.

- We are connected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to enable Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through the SSL protocol with an international card security standard. Information from your card will not be stored in our system (Merchant).
- After receiving Invoice Payment Link, please check the information in the Invoice. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click “I agree with Terms and Conditions”, and click “Submit” or “Book”.
- You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to make payment online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card following the steps below:
- Input Card information: The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://onepay.vn/… To make the payment, input the following card information:

• Card Number
• Expiration Date
• CSC (Card Security Code – CVV, CVC)
• Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
• Click “PAY”

• Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card).
