Next, head to the National Library (also closed on Saturday, Sunday & National Holidays) and gain insight into Bhutan's literary treasures. Continue your cultural journey by visiting the Institute for Zorig Chusum, the Traditional Art & Craft School (please note it's closed on Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, and during Summer & Winter Vacations). Witness the skills of Bhutan's artisans as they preserve and pass down ancient craft techniques.

Afternoon
After lunch, embark on a scenic drive to Punakha and Wangdi (Wangdiphodrang), revealing captivating landscapes along the way. Be awe-inspired as you pass through the picturesque Dochu La pass, offering mesmerizing views of majestic mountains. Upon reaching Punakha, lose yourself in the splendor of the magnificent Punakha Dzong, beautifully situated at the confluence of two rivers. If time permits, explore the Suspension Bridge and the revered Chimi Lhakhang (Monastery).
